De La Salle offers outstanding college preparatory programs which inspire and prepare students for higher education with growth opportunities for a lifetime.
Located in the Uptown section of New Orleans, and currently celebrating its 60th Anniversary, De La Salle was the first school in Orleans Parish to reopen after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The school, like many others, has yet to return to its previous enrollment. However, much progress is being made.

Holy Ghost Catholic School has served the African American Community in the uptown area of New Orleans for 89 years. At this time, the school provides an educational environment for 300 African American students. The school continues to encourage and motivate pride, dignity, excellence, self-control, and respect in everything one does.
